Sergiy suffered straight sets defeat in the second round of the Trofeo Città di Brescia on Wednesday. The top-seeded Ukrainian lost to world no.167 Igor Sijsling 6-7 (5), 2-6 in 65 minutes. There were no breaks in the opening set. The Dutch won a tie-breaker 7-5 and kept the momentum going to break twice in the second set for quarter-final berth.
